Conduit Women’s Ministry goal is for women to be deeply rooted in God’s Word. His Truth. Encouraging each other to grow in firm faith to be fearless Jesus followers through group Bible studies, prayer, community and serving others together.
Deeper Groups will be starting back up in Jan/Feb.
All groups will be studying the book of James.
Deeper Groups will be starting back up in Jan/Feb. All groups will be studying the book of James.
These groups meet weekly in the comfort of homes around the Franklin area. Focused on a deeper intimacy with God through His Word, prayer, and building friendships and community. Facilitated by women that can’t wait to spend time with you!
Prayerfully, consider the study to grow your faith during this next season.
“Not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

WOMEN’S DIRECTOR
Tracie Negrotto
Tracie’s passion for the Word and for prayer, combined with years of teaching and leading, now serves as our Director of Women’s Ministry and also oversees our Guest Experience. For over 27 years she has served the body of Christ as a director, educator, developer, and leader of women’s ministries, including prayer groups and student ministries.
In her younger days, she worked in film production in her hometown of New York City, where she developed her gift of hospitality and administration. Those gifts are now deployed here at Conduit, as the face of our Connect Center, serving also as the Coordinator for our Guest Experience volunteer team.
Her journey with her daughter Bella’s battle with mental illness gives her the empathy and true understanding to walk alongside families with similar struggles. Tracie, along with her husband Jerry and daughter Mia, are the founders of Nothing Hidden; a ministry focused on supporting and coaching parents with children that struggle with mental health issues.
