Explore this page to learn more about the serving opportunities available, then sign up to take a Serve Tour! Serve Tours are available on the 1st and 3rd Sunday for adults to learn more about the various ways to serve. You will meet with a staff member who will guide you through the building, allowing you to witness firsthand what it would look like to serve in different capacities.
After completing your Serve Tour, you will have the opportunity to fill out a volunteer application.

Our Greeter team is stationed at our main and side entrances and help welcome people to Conduit. They give direction if needed and make people feel welcomed and seen!

Our ushers greet with a smile and help assist people looking for a seat in our Worship Center while making them feel welcomed and at home at Conduit.

We take safety and security very seriously. We want anyone on our property to have full confidence in their and their families' safety and protection. The team services during service.

If you’re a medical professional or first responder, this may be just the spot for you! Team members are on-call during the regular service they attend should a need arise and serve 1 to 4 times a month. This team is greatly appreciated!

Our Parking Team is the first to say hello and last to say goodbye to anyone who comes to Conduit on Sunday mornings. You will get to know families well serving on this team!

A great way to serve in an important way! This team sets up and/or cleans up our communion.

Is your gift cooking and serving others with food? This team is an impactful way of serving by providing breakfast for our church staff and worship team! We ask to have the food arrive by 8:00am.
Guest Experiences
Guest Experiences is an opportunity to serve as a once-a-month commitment that has a big impact! There are so many places to plug in, you’ll find a spot and get to know Conduit and people quickly.
Kids
Every Sunday, our kids step into a fun and safe environment where discipleship begins. When you volunteer with Conduit Kids, you’re helping lay the foundation for a lifetime of faith. Whether it’s greeting families, leading activities, or guiding kids in God’s Word, you get to play a vital role in shaping young disciples who will follow Jesus. There are 3 steps involved when wanting to serve within Conduit Kids:

Youth
Reverb is where students find community and grow in discipleship, and there are opportunities to serve on both Sundays and Wednesdays. As a volunteer, you get to walk alongside middle and high schoolers in one of the most formative seasons of life—listening, encouraging, and pointing them to Jesus. From leading small groups to helping with worship, games, or events, you’ll be part of shaping students into passionate disciples who live out their faith. There are 3 steps involved when wanting to serve within Reverb Youth:

Worship Team
Worship is a huge part of who we are as a church. We record our worship sets each week and make them available to stream or download so you can worship again and again. The main expectations for our worship teams is to:
Possess musical skill, either instrumentally or vocally
Commit to rehearsals before service times
Be an active participant in our worship community by regularly attending services in-person
We want to hear you! Be prepared to audition to join the team.

Our Sunday morning worship team practices Sunday before services. We are very passionate about raising up the next generation of worshipers and offer many opportunities to serve in worship with all ages.

Our adult worship choir sings once a month and practices Sunday before service. These 12-15 singers help our worship team lead in worship.

The Circle young adult worship team serves weekly for our 18-30 year olds that meet every Tuesday.

Our REVERB Youth is every Wednesday night at 6:30pm and practices Wednesday from 5-6:15pm.

Conduit Kids worship is once a month for our Conduit Kids and Conduit Littles. This team practices before Sunday services.
Production Team
This team works so hard to make sure our services go off without a hitch and that we are able to live stream to those all around the world easily! Whether you have experience or not, we would love to have you serve in this way.

Do you find joy in capturing moments through photography or videography? Does the beauty of God’s creation drive your design inspiration? Do you desire to serve our Church through your gifts and talents? If so, the creative team could be for you. We are welcoming to a variety of skill and experience levels and would love to have you. Whether you have a couple of hours or several days each month, we will place you in a position that adheres best to your schedule.

Are you an experienced photographer? We would love to have you on our Photography team! This team captures services, ministry events, and the life of our Church.

Are you an experienced videographer? We are looking for people who enjoy storytelling and capturing events!
Groups
2:42 groups are our Conduit Small Groups! These groups meet in homes and follow the teaching series on Sunday mornings and are a key aspect of our church community. Meetups are groups that meet monthly and share a meal together. They are geographically based and are a great way for newer people to meet others who attend Conduit.

2:42 Groups are our Conduit small group bible studies that meet weekly or biweekly to discuss passages of scripture from Sunday’s teaching. The name 2:42 Group comes from Acts 2:42-47, “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” This is our prayer for these groups and leading means committing to be prayerful and prepared, gathering at least twice a month, and communicating well with your group.

Meetups are geographically based and a great way to meet others who attend Conduit. Hosting a meetup involves monthly opening your home, providing a meal, and just creating a way for fellow Conduits to meet!
Prayer Team
Prayer is an essential part of a walk with Jesus and is vital to us. This team meets to pray over the requests we receive from our congregation as well as current situations in our community and world.
