Our vision/desire for the CONDUIT HOME EDUCATORS COMMUNITY (HEC) is to provide faith-filled community, support, and mentorship to help you on your home educating journey. We believe this season can be full of growth, joy, and wonderful memories when Jesus is at the center and life-long friends are by our side.

Hannah Fratt
Hannah is a pastor’s kid who was raised in the Midwest and has been living in the Nashville area since 2004. After a decade of working in corporate America as an accountant, she left to stay home with her firstborn son and work in full-time ministry as the Family Ministries Director for a church in Nashville, TN.
When she began homeschooling, she soon realized the need for community for both her and her son. An idea was born to gather a few like-minded families at her home a couple of days a week to do homeschool together. From that humble beginning, Frontier Learning Academy was formed. This homeschools tutorial now meets at Conduit Church and serves nearly 60 students and their families. Hannah’s passion is to help home educating moms connect in community and grow in their faith while on their homeschooling journey.
